Since last Thursday fans have enjoyed the WRC Swedish Rally 2015, a test that has had a similar outcome because many other occasions Sebastien Ogier has achieved the final victory. However, the development of Nordic test has been very different than usual because Thierry Neuville and Andreas Mikkelsen also fought for victory until the last stretch but have been unable snatch the world champion.
Swedish is the only test which takes place exclusively on snow all season. The Nordic drivers are often the best suited to this surface on which almost all drivers had a spin or off the track . This has made the differences were much tighter which has benefited the show.
The rally started on Thursday night with the dispute in a superespecial very short in which we saw the unexpected triumph of Pontus Tidemand. The real rally began on Friday that started with Sébastien Ogier dominating (3 scratchs in the first 4 sections) but with Jari-Matti Latvala holding the pace of his teammate. The other riders were already more than 20 seconds so it seemed like the Volkswagen crush his opponents mercilessly as in many other WRC events in recent years.
